FT: AC Milan 3-2 Verona, Olivier Giroud GOAL! | HIGHLIGHTS

Olivier Giroud was on target as AC Milan came from two goals down to be Verona 3-2 in the Italia Serie A as Fikayo Tomori also played 90 minutes.

Excellent work from the former Chelsea striker who made sure he helped his new team secure a valuable win after they went down 0-2 in the first half of the encounter against their opponent.

They came back stronger in the second half which saw Olivier Giroud scoring the first amongst all the three goals which were scored in the encounter as AC Milan did everything to level and grab a winner.

The goal was perfectly scored by Olivier Giroud who had so much work to do going forward in a formation in which he played as the only man forward with three attackers.

Caprari gave Verona an early lead in the 7th minute of the game after an amazing display saw the visitors taking the lead just a few minutes into the encounter which was good for them.

Antonin Barak scored from the penalty spot in the 24th minute of the encounter to extend the lead further for the visitors who dominated things as the advantage gave them the bragging rights.


A 59th-minute goal from Olivier Giroud saw AC Milan pulled one back after so many wasted opportunities between both teams which saw them finally making things 1-1 as it progressed further.

Another goal in the 76th minute from Franck Kessie Who scored from the penalty spot after a foul that saw the referee award a penalty in favor of the home side who made it count and leveled things 2-2.

They immediately carried on with more pressure which forced Verona to concede an own-goal to give AC Milan a 3-2 lead in the 78th minute of the second half which was all about the home side bossing play.

That goal sealed the win as Olivier Giroud and Fikayo Tomori carried on with their good form for the season which sees them move top of the table above Napoli who play their game tomorrow.
