A brace from Jorginho alongside one each from Andreas Christensen and Kai Havertz as Chelsea smashed Malmo 4-0 in the UEFA Champions League group stages.
Thomas Tuchel was able to find a fix to the team despite losing Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner due to injury in the first half with them already on a 2-0 lead which wasn’t easy finishing the match.
This win was well deserved as they were able to scrape through despite everything in the encounter which was against them in the first half of the game which was very bad losing their key players.

It was a good start in the first half of the encounter for Chelsea who needed to make things happen after their second game defeat against Juventus who sit top of the group.
Total dominance against Malmo who couldn’t make any statement as Andreas Christensen scored the opening goal in the 9th minutes after teaming up with Thiago Silva to make it 1-0.
The match continued with more opportunities being created but no way for the Premier League side to increase their lead as things continue to work in their favor going forward.
Jorginho increased the lead in the 21st minute after the Italian scored from the penalty spot to make the scoreline 2-0 after an error caused by the visitors which saw them committing a foul.
Things got a bit bad for Chelsea who saw Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner getting injured as the encounter progressed into the final stages which Kai Havertz and Callum Hudson Odoi replaced both strikers.
The first half of the encounter finished with the Blues taking a 2-0 advantage into the break against Malmo who couldn’t do anything about the goals as they caused two players to be taken off.
A good start to life in the second half which more was seen from the home side who couldn’t stop scoring despite losing two of their strikers in the first 45 minutes of the encounter.
Malmo continued holding off things from their end but couldn’t stop Kai Havertz who scored a stunner in the 48th minute of the match thanks to Callum Hudson Odoi who delivered the assistance to make it 3-0 as it progressed.
It was looking good for Chelsea who continued the game pushing forward until Jorginho made it his brace from the penalty spot once again which made the scoreline 4-0 in the 57th minute of the second half.
Things progressed with more opportunities coming from both ends but nothing could change the scoreline as they carried on pushing for more goals which couldn’t happen either way.
It ended with a 4-0 scoreline which sees Chelsea taking all three points against their opponent Malmo who did well enough not to have conceded more than four goals in the encounter which was one sided.
