Inter TURN DOWN £88M Plus Alonso Bid For Lukaku (DETAILS)
Inter Milan have reportedly turn down Chelsea new bid for Romelu Lukaku which includes cash and a player to replace departed Hakimi at the defense.
The Blues who are still eager to bring back the Belgian are now facing issues concerning the move which could have worked better for them if some buyback clause was installed in any deal before he was sold.
Chelsea have made an offer of £88million plus Marcos Alonso to Inter Milan but Serie A club rejected the offer immediately as they won’t be looking to allow Romelu Lukaku leave the club this summer transfer window.
The Blues had to plan for other option which has seen returning back to the Belgian international as Borussia Dortmund refuse to sell Erling Haaland this summer after they let go of Jadon Sancho.
Romelu Lukaku scored 24 goals for Inter Milan last season to they won the Serie A title after a long time under Antonio Conte who has left the club due to some bad relationship with the board and policy they have in place.
Chelsea sold Romelu Lukaku to Everton in 2014, and he rejected the chance to go back three years ago as Conte ordered for him to be signed when he took over at Stanford Bridge, although the move didn’t work out and they had to sign Morata.
Since the big striker joined Inter Milan in 2019 for £73m, he has scored 64 goals in 95 matches across all competitions which is an incredible feat for him after a not so good spell with Manchester United.
According to Romelu Lukaku, he is very happy at Inter Milan and ready to help the club try to retain the title they won last season as he won’t be interested in making a move elsewhere this summer.

Chelsea now have a very difficult task at hand as they will be looking to get a striker as soon as possible with the transfer window shutting down by August 30 and they need to act fast in any deal.
