Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland has come out to share some statements concerning his move to Chelsea which is currently making headlines on every tabloid.

The Norwegian has revealed that he is happy at Borussia Dortmund and still has three years left on his contract which he is looking to see out at this point as the transfer activities are not his job.

Erling Haaland has been linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund this summer after an impressive season with him scoring 41 goals last season in all competition for the Black and Yellow.

English Premier League side Chelsea first showed interest in signing Erling Haaland back in March this year as they were looking to jump ahead of others who are also looking to capture the youngster.

Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool, Paris Saint Germain, and Manchester City have also been previously linked with the player but none are looking to make that extra move.

Erling Haaland is currently with the Borussia Dortmund squad at their training camp in Switzerland preparing for the new 2021/22 season which they are currently in the preseason, their recent game saw them losing despite the Norwegian presence.

Here Is What Erling Haaland Said When Asked About Leaving BVB:

‘I haven’t spoken to my agent for one month before we talked yesterday. – ‘So that is the answer. I hope it’s rumors because that is a lot of money to pay for a player.’

For now, Erling Haaland remains under contract at Borussia Dortmund until 2024 and according to the Norwegian, he is happy to be with the club and not paying attention to the news concerning his move elsewhere.

‘I still have three years on my contract here,’ he went on adding about his current deal.

‘I’m loving my time here. – ‘Yes, the trophy last season was important because that’s what I want.’

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl revealed to Sky Germany earlier in July that Erling Haaland is ‘happy’ playing at the club and he is fully committed to making sure he gives all his best to them.

Here Is What He Said;

‘There is nothing new. He is part of our plans for the new season. Erling will be back and hungry. – ‘He loves to play football, he is comfortable playing for us and he wants to score many goals.’

Although, all that is not stopping Chelsea as they could be able to sign him this summer with all things being right after losing Olivier Giroud and their game from last night against Bournemouth proves how much they need a striker.
