Huge Boost For Chelsea As Declan Rice Rejects Offer (DETAILS)

Chelsea has been offered a boost in their attempt to sign West Ham United player Declan Rice this summer window.

The midfielder is subject to a move elsewhere after rejecting the offer being made to him by the Hammers.

Manchester United and Chelsea have now been alerted by the news of Declan Rice turning down West Ham’s offer to extend.

According to reports coming from The Telegraph, he won’t be accepting anything else from the Hammers after recently turning down two offers from them.

Both interested clubs will be looking to lunch their move on Declan Rice despite him being valued of about £70 million this summer.

Manchester United and Chelsea will be ready and willing to match the price for the youngster as they might be player plus cash swap.

Both clubs have players who West Ham are currently showing interests on, the question remains which team will give him a bitter offer and trophy.

Chelsea have this one down as West Ham United want Tammy Abraham and Ross Barkley while Manchester United might offer Jesse Lingard.

For now no offers are being made until the conclusion of European Championship which Declan Rice is currently representing England who will go up against Ukraine next.
